The role of a Solution Delivery Lead at Eli5

As a Solution Delivery Lead, you’ll work alongside our CTO to manage projects and client accounts, bridging the gap between technical teams and business needs. You’ll oversee project delivery, ensure alignment between stakeholders, and help elevate our engineering efforts. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end delivery of tech projects, from scoping to launch.
• Aligning teams and ensuring smooth collaboration between developers, designers, and clients.
• Defining technical solutions in collaboration with the team and presenting them to stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
• Supporting the engineering team with high-level technical guidance and troubleshooting.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, advising them on technical and strategic decisions.

The essential stuff

We’re looking for someone who combines technical know-how with strong leadership and communication skills. This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to keep multiple moving parts aligned. Here’s what we’re specifically looking for:

• Experience with managing technical projects, including scoping, budgeting, and delivery.
• A solid understanding of both frontend and backend development workflows.
• Familiarity with solution architecture and designing scalable systems.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, or similar project management platforms.
• Professional experience in deploying AI-powered solutions in production environments.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging technical and non-technical discussions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proven track record of building strong client relationships.

You’ll stand out if you bring additional skills and experiences that enhance your ability to lead and deliver. Here are some ways to make your application shine:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and leading sprints.
• Knowledge of modern tech stacks, including Laravel, Django, Node.js, .NET, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean or similar. 
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Hands-on coding experience that allows you to dive into technical details when needed.
• Strong presentation skills for pitching ideas and solutions to clients.
• Experience leveraging AI and productivity tools to speed up development in a professional environment.
